The volume of Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs) authorized by Thailand
for international transfer is up to 3% of the Business-as-Usual (BAU) emissions scenario (equivalent to 16.65 MtCO₂eq)
in accordance with Thailand’s NDC Action Plan on Mitigation 2021–2030.
